Five steps from your first message to your final gallery. Rates depend on venue and hours, so we quote each day personally.
Share your date, venue and whether you need photo, video or both.
We send the rate card for your venue and help you choose the hours.
A 20% deposit secures your date. The balance is due before the event.
Send your timeline and songs. We plan the light, drone permission and key people.
Photos and films arrive within 14–30 days in a private online gallery.
Every package includes complimentary drone coverage, colour correction and a private online gallery for 1 year. Tell us your date and venue and we'll send the rate card that fits.

When will we receive our photos and films?
Photos within 14–30 days. Films within 14–30 days after we receive your song selection. Files are shared in a private Google Drive gallery that stays online for 1 year.
Do you retouch the photos?
Every image gets professional colour and lighting correction. Skin retouching is not included.
Can we choose the music?
Yes. Send 2 songs for the Highlight Film and 3–4 for the Full-Length Video. Songs can't be changed once confirmed, and you get up to 2 rounds of revisions.
Can we get the RAW files?
RAW files are available as an add-on, delivered on an external hard drive of at least 1 TB. Please tell us before the event.
Is the drone included?
Yes, at no extra cost, when the weather, the venue and Thai aviation rules allow it.
How do we book?
A 20% deposit secures your date and the balance is due before the event. Bank and international transfer fees are paid by the client.
